If you’ve logged into your Hosted Platform system and are not able to view the Hosted PBX (VoIP Services) or User Portal Apps, here’s a quick and simple way to restore them:
- First, select the App Store from the account drop down in the top right corner of the screen
- Next, turn all of the Apps OFF and Save.
- Now, select the App Store again from the account drop down and turn ON each App and select Save
That’s it! :) Your Hosted PBX (VoIP Services) and User Portal Apps should be restored.
