In our Hosted Platform service, users have the ability to enable call forwarding as needed, via the User Portal. (Hosted Platform Administrators interested in enabling this feature, first follow these steps.)
- Navigate to your Hosted Platform server: http://accountname.hostedphone.co
- Enter your Username, Password (provided by Admin or Account Manager), and Account name, then select Log In
- Select the User Portal tab
- Within the My Settings section, enter the number in Forward Calls To(format + 1 areacode number. example +18882728070)
If you do not want your desk phone to also ring, uncheck Also Ring Your VoIP Phone.
- Select Save and your forward has been set! :)
