The SWITCHBOARD launched on August 15th, 2013. Customers with accounts or an order before this date, will remain on our "legacy" network while we contact customers to upgrade them. This upgrade process takes about 10 minutes, is free of charge, and requires the help of our Customer Support by phone to upgrade your equipments settings.
Registering, Verifying, and Upgrading to The SWITCHBOARD
If your not sure if you have been upgraded, simply login to https://my.simplephoneco.com/ and click My Services. If you are registered, you will see a SWITCHBOARD Username field and your account info. If you do not, you'll need to contact us to upgrade. To upgrade or troubleshoot your account, please contact us.
If you have forgotten your password, please email or chat with us to reset it. For the first few months, we are disabling automatic password resetting for security. This feature will be available in the beginning of 2014.
