We reserve the right to monitor usage of all customers to enforce the fair use of our network and ensure the highest quality of phone service. Customers with excessive usage or possible fraud may be subject to suspension of account or service until reviewed with customer support. Unusually high international charges and usage may also trigger service suspension.
While a number of devices on an account is an unmetered feature, we require customers to carry a 50/50 minimum number of devices to number of account billed lines. Customers who add devices and usage outside of this measure may be subject to adding additional lines to billing plan.
